Janelle loves her job- day in and day out is real estate for her. She first received her real estate license in 2000 and has enjoyed every day since. Janelle previously worked in the mortgage lending industry and has the expertise to guide buyers through the process and their lending choices efficiently while making your home’s sale as effortless as possible for you. She has worked with residential and commercial sales like most brokers but also has experience in land sales, REO’s, short sales, and more. Janelle holds several real estate certifications and continually learns new technology and strategies to make sure that she can give her clients every extra edge possible. Janelle and her husband own numerous rental properties and have flipped over 50 properties, allowing her to gain the expertise needed to help you through any transaction. She was the Illinois Valley Association of Realtors Realtor of the Year for 2022 and received the president’s award in 2022. She lives just outside Princeton with her husband, two awesome teenagers, and the cutest dog in the world.

Crystal Lilley has been a member of Landmark since its inception in 2000 and loves what she does. She was born and raised in this area and that comes with so much knowledge of the area and all that it offers. Welcoming new people into the area and getting excited about what lies ahead has never lost its charm and fun for her. Working with sellers and helping them to start a new chapter in their life is also her passion.
As a member of the Illini Valley Association of Realtors, she was voted Realtor of the Year in 2018. Crystal has also earned the designation of GRI, Graduate of the Realtor Institute to serve you better. She also received the President’s Award in 2015 and was the Illinois Valley Board of Realtors president from 2013-2014
In her life, she has been involved with activities such as being a Boy Scout and Girl Scout leader for several years, Bureau Valley School Foundation member, a classroom volunteer in both Princeton and Bureau Valley, and has worked at the PADS homeless shelter as a volunteer. Crystal has been involved for the past 15 years with Christmas for Kids helping to provide a good Christmas for Bureau County children. As a lifetime member of the First United Methodist Church, she is on the Missions team, Choir, and more.

Carrie is a life-long resident of Bureau County. She grew up in Walnut and now resides in Princeton with her adopted pugs. After attending Sauk Valley Community College, she taught preschool for nearly a decade and enjoyed working with families toward positive outcomes. Carrie has been a landlord for nearly twenty years. She is eager to transfer that experience into real estate and help people make their real estate dreams come true.

Mason developed his interest in real estate as the son of a prominent residential bricklayer (hence the name “Mason”), through which he became familiar with and appreciated the wide variety of architectural styles and elements in both homes and commercial buildings throughout the area. As a lifelong resident of the Illinois Valley, he continues to be an active member of the community; he is the current Head Golf Coach at Hall High School, the Director of the Illinois Valley Men’s Golf Championship, and a musician in the Princeton Community Band.
